Backend Executive- Sales & Marketing Department

Job Description:-

  • Source sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up emails (The leads which would be generated by assistant Executive to be pass on to backend executive)
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales, Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

Desired Candidate Profile:-

  • Fresher/ Experienced
  • Graduate in any stream/ Pursuing Graduation
  • Should possess good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers and Internet. Proficiency in MS Excel would be an added advantage
  • Active listening skills.

Assistant Executive – Marketing for (IT/ITES Segment)

Job Description:-

  • Carry out web search on different search engines to gather relevant business information about organizations/key contacts.
  • Perform primary research about companies in Indian market through Tele-calling for the top 5 IT Companies in the World.
  • Make calls to representatives of various organizations to seek specific business information and to key people in organizations to understand their IT infrastructure/other requirements.
  • Identify CXO-level contacts in organizations through company's website or by other means and collect their contact information through phone and web search.
  • Identify key decision making authorities in organizations (CXO level).
  • Qualify leads on the BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeframe to buy).
  • Record details of the prospect/lead in the specified format/template for reporting purpose.
  • Update the records and put in the appropriate remarks after ending the call.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Should possess good communication skills
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and Internet. Proficiency in MS Excel would be an added advantage
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and think quickly.
  • Self-reliant and reliable.
  • Outbound business-to-business phone marketing preferred.
